We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters.

Finance strategically partners with operations to drive outstanding business results and enhance Ford’s industry leadership. When you join us, you’ll be able to contribute financial expertise that impacts all areas of our company, including planning, manufacturing, marketing and global distribution.

What you'll do...

The Ford Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team owns the forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes enabling the executive team to navigate an evolving global landscape. We are a trusted business partner with work spanning across every region, segment, and function to help the Company meet its short and long-term targets.

You are joining the Corporate FP&A team at a pivotal moment. We are embarking on a multi-year journey to modernize the way we work. Working closely with the Director and Executive Director of FP&A, you will be an agent for change – identifying inefficiencies, challenging "the way we’ve always done it," and supporting the implementation of the next generation of forecasting tools, including EPM and AI. You will also partner with existing team members to help them implement modernized solutions of their own to improve the way they work.

This is a unique role for someone who speaks "FP&A" but also thinks in “Data and Systems” with comfort in both hands-on work and project management.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a closely related field
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, demonstrating a comprehensive "full-scope" financial background
  • Proven experience leveraging (or implementing) modern EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, One Stream, SAP, Hyperion, etc.) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, etc.).
  • Motivated and energized by self-driven, project-based work to progress towards a long-term vision; Ability to tackle unstructured, white-space projects autonomously
  • Strong communication, including the ability to explain complex data or system shifts to executive leadership in a way that builds buy-in
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A healthy dose of professional skepticism combined with a "fail-fast" mentality to drive continuous improvement

Even better, you may have...

  • Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Experience in a large-scale Finance Transformation or "Future of Finance" initiative
  • Background in the automotive or manufacturing sectors

You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder…or all of the above? No matter what you choose, we offer a work life that works for you, including:

  • Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage

  • Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more

  • Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more

  • Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases

  • Tuition assistance

  • Established and active employee resource groups

  • Paid time off for individual and team community service

  • A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day

  • Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time.
