Manage marketing/incentive programme setup in dedicated systems (MPS2, Vincent) including programme writing, testing and checking against original intent of business paper
Coordinate and launch incentives for new products in E-Commerce/Build&Price/Inventory showroom
Monitor active incentives on live websites and verify pricing accuracy against approved proposals.
Cross skill team coordination of incentive updates across European markets
Coordinate the timely completion of Digital Incentive tasks with the available resources
Participate and actively support Digital Incentive E2E process and architectural discussions
Subject matter expert (SME) in large scope projects representing CMT Operations
Actively participate in developing new processes/templates
Evaluating and considering automation and digital transformation opportunities to achieve efficiency improvement and automation
Document, test, coordinate the implementation of process changes
Deliver trainings to CMT Operations team related to projects
Assist Campaigns Management/Marketing/Sales/Finance with reports to effectively manage the programmes
Prepare and report KPIs for various teams & stakeholders
Effectively communicate with Marketing/Sales/Finance/Campaigns Management Team to be aware of all key issues
- Ensure compliance with corporate requirements (lnternal Control)
Fluency in English; good command of French/Spanish/Italian/German is an advantage
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields
Knowledge and experience in incentive payment process is a plus
Leadership skills - ability to manage a teamwork without direct reports
Persistent attitude, monotony tolerance - excellent administrative skills
Strong business and customer focus, exceptional presentation skills
Analytical mindset, structured thinking, ability to understand and improve processes
Project mindset – ability to handle complex task simultaneously
Work experience in Marketing/Sales/Finance is a plus
- Occasional travel within Europe may be required
