As a Goblal Program Timing Support Ford Champ you will support the digital evolution of our department by developing tools that improve efficiency and data visibility. Your role will focus on transitioning legacy Excel processes into modern Power BI solutions and creating automated responses for Product Timing inquiries. This position requires a mix of technical development and proactive coordination with multiple teams to ensure project milestones are accurately tracked.

What you´ll do:

• Digital Tool Development: Assist in the design and creation of Power BI dashboards to replace manual Excel-based tracking, ensuring a smoother transition from legacy VBA macros to automated visualization.

• VBA Optimization: Support the maintenance and improvement of existing Excel macros used for Product Timing, ensuring they remain functional while the migration to new platforms takes place.

• Chatbot Implementation: Develop and deploy a basic Chatbot (using Power Virtual Agents or similar internal tools) to provide automated answers to common Product Timing questions, helping to reduce the volume of manual inquiries.

• Project Tracking & Follow-up: Actively participate in the follow-up of deliverables with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for gathering updates and ensuring that timing data is current and accurate.

• Data Analysis: Support the team in analyzing timing trends and identifying potential risks in the product cycle through data consolidation.

• Documentation: Create simple user guides for the new Power BI tools and the Chatbot to ensure other team members can use them effectively

What you´ll need:

• Education: Current student (final year) or recent graduate of Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.

• 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Technical Foundations:

• Strong logic and interest in Data Visualization (Power BI).

• Knowledge of Excel and VBA (ability to read and modify existing code).

• Interest in Automation and AI (Chatbots, logic flows).

Soft Skills:

• Proactivity: Ability to reach out to different teams to ask for updates and follow up on pending tasks.

• Organization: Capable of managing multiple small tasks and meeting deadlines.

• Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.

• Language: Intermediate to Advanced English (capable of participating in meetings and writing reports).

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Product Timing or Project Management basics.
