售后区域运营

  1. 根据售后总部下发的目标,分配到各区域,并且带领区域售后团队,达成各项指标,尤其是利润指标,
  2. 支持区域三剑客制度,支持大区总监,管理售后区域团队,包含人员的招募、培训、绩效评估等,
  3. 依据售后总部的服务策略,带领区域团队制定各大区的区域策略和区域VM方案,包含客户保持、养修、钣喷/续保等各项工作的落地实施,并达成各项KPI指标,
  4. 依据‘台次’为核心,零售拉动批售的业务核心,将养修线索漏斗、养修价值转化漏斗、钣喷线索漏斗即售后DCC平台落地实施,
  5. 将林肯之道Pro流程的各项要求在经销商端落地实施,以提升客户满意度NPS
  6. 各项数字化工具的落地和实施,包含数字工牌、智慧展厅等,
  7. 配合网发计划,做好经销商退网、退网店业务承接、新店开业准备、新店业务提升等工作,
  8. 依据总部制定售后策略,牵头售后LCP政策的制定,
  9. 周度大区例会的汇报,
  10. 绩差经销商的管理,
  11. 协调CRC和区域,处理重大客户投诉和抱怨,
  12. 管理现场技术支持团队,确保现场技术支持的响应速率和解决客户问题的能力,
  13. 提升经销商在保修、召回/FSA、技术现场管理规范等方面的表现,
  14. 及时反馈现场出现的质量问题,支持质量部等到现场的技术调研等,
  15. 重大质量问题,例如积热、气囊等故障的现场调研等,
  16. 区域团队差旅安排和效率的提升,
  17. 其他管理层交待的事宜,

学历要求:本科及以上,

工作年限:10年以上,

工作经验:其他品牌售后区域工作经验8年以上,豪华品牌经验优先,
