The Opportunity:

Flock Safety is looking for an Associate Technician to support our asset redeployment process. As devices are returned from the field, this role ensures they’re evaluated, tested, and prepared for reuse. You'll be responsible for inspecting assets, verifying functionality, and maintaining product quality before they’re sent back out to customers. As our systems grow, your work will help keep operations smooth and reliable. This role is key to making sure every redeployed asset meets our high standards and supports our mission to deliver dependable technology at scale.

The Skillset

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse or assembly environment

• Basic knowledge of computer skills, Salesforce, Google Suite and email.

• Physically capable of performing receiving and material handling activities

• Willing to complete Flock Safety forklift certification.

• Ability to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.

• Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance

• Ability to work safely, minding personal and team safety in daily operations

• Basic math skills

• Considers the ultimate impact of decisions and actions on internal and external customers

• Works smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work

• Able to think on your feet and while using your hands.

• Time-management and communication skills

• Highly organized

90 Days at Flock

We prescribe to 90 day plans and believe that good days lead to good weeks, which lead to good months. This serves as a preview of the 90 day plan you will receive if you were to be hired in this role at Flock Safety.

The First 30 Days

• Develop a strong understanding of Flock’s hardware products and warehouse workflows

• Establish working relationships with key team members involved in warehouse and product handling.

The First 60 Days

• Develop proficiency in asset tracking and management

• Learn and execute the monthly asset audit process

90 Days & Beyond

• Lead and refine the monthly asset audit process

• Drive process improvements and documentation for asset management

Pay & Equity:

In this role, you’ll receive a starting hourly range between $24 and $28 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base pay is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.

Location

This role’s work responsibilities are based in Atlanta. Candidates must reside in commuting distance to or relocate to Atlanta for this position.
