Job Description:
Serving as a Senior leader across Fidelity’s investor center network, you are responsible for growing Fidelity's business in one of eight regions within the United States. You will manage a team that provides vital product and service offerings maintained through sophisticated technology, all delivered via a world class investment platform.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 required prior to hire
- Bachelor’s Degree required, advanced Graduate Degree preferred
- Fifteen plus years of successful sales experience, with ten or more years managing people and territories
The Purpose of Your Role
Our branches offer a full range of investment products and services to individual mutual fund and brokerage customers - including personal, needs-based investment guidance, wealth management, retirement planning, income strategies and college planning services. As one of three retail distribution channels within Personal & Workplace Investing, our investor center branches represent the face of Fidelity to our customers.

- You oversee the hiring and training of a team of branch management professionals that run one of Fidelity’s 190 branches, ultimately accountable for close to 2,000 customer-facing representatives
How Your Work Impacts the Organization
Leading with incomparable integrity and superior knowledge, you influence the branch network’s Profit & Loss segment, while controlling compliance and mitigating risk, all while driving sales results within your territory through exceptional client relationship management and effective marketing.
The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $170,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
