About the Role:
For our Ferrero offices in Alba, we are currently looking for a Development & Training Specialist – Maternity Leave Substitution, who will be reporting to the Talent & Learning Region Italy. In this role, you will act as the accountable point for people development and training activities, supporting the business through a structured handover and ongoing collaboration.
You will be responsible for designing and deploying development and training paths in line with the Career Development Framework, individual career aspirations and training needs, working closely with Line Managers, People Business Partners and training vendors.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be the focal point for the main Talent & Learning processes, including the People Development Framework, Individual Development Plans, Performance Evaluation Management, Career Development Framework, Competency Assessment and Onboarding.
You will actively contribute to the analysis of training needs and skills gaps in line with business priorities, strengthening a people-centric approach and fostering a strong continuous feedback culture. You will work side by side with the Line Manager in the construction and execution of development plans, ensuring coherence between individual growth paths and organizational needs.
You will contribute to the deployment of Group-level learning and development initiatives at local level, ensuring effective implementation and stakeholder engagement. In addition, you will be accountable for managing the training budget for your reference functions, in line with company processes and timelines. You will also ensure accurate tracking of training activities and participants through the Learning Management System,leveraging reports and data to monitor progress and support decision-making.
About You:
You will bring your Master’s degree in humanities or economics or similar fields, and you use this foundation to design and deliver structured, effective learning solutions. You contribute a good command of Italian and English in addition to your strong digital skills, including MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint, enabling you to manage data, prepare materials and support training activities with confidence; familiarity with Success Factors is considered a plus.
You bring a relational and collaborative approach, allowing you to build strong connections with stakeholders and integrate smoothly within the organization. Your learning agility and adaptability help you navigate changing priorities, while your team-oriented mindset supports effective collaboration and shared ownership. Through your organizational skills and attention to detail, you contribute reliability and continuity, ensuring that people development initiatives are executed with quality and consistency throughout the maternity leave substitution.
