About the Role:

In Ferrero, we strive to ensure that our products reach consumers in the best possible condition and in the most efficient way. Our Supply Chain Department plays a key role in safeguarding compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

For our Supply Chain Department, we are currently looking for an Import Specialist (Finished Goods) to report to Demand&Supply Planning Manager in Istanbul. If you believe your experience aligns with the responsibilities outlined below, we welcome your application!

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage Ministry of Agriculture and Customs procedures via customs brokers, monitor their performance, and ensure customs lead times meet defined targets
• Prepare departmental reports, track product invoices, and share all necessary documentation with customs brokers, warehouses, and logistics partners
• Create purchase orders in SAP and process customs brokers’ invoices promptly, coordinating with the accounting team
• Ensure all sourced finished goods arrive in Türkiye on time, in full, with the right quality, and within planned cost parameters

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree,
• Experience in food sector,
• Advanced level of SAP and MS Office,
• Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail,
• Project management capabilities,
• Preferably 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role,
• Fluency in English.
