About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Group IT Tech Engineering, Services & Operations Manager, the COE Role & Profile Enterprise Manager will play a central role in designing and governing the Group User Profiling Framework (UPF) across the entire enterprise application ecosystem.
This position ensures coherence, harmonization, and long term sustainability of user profiling models, enabling secure and efficient user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with organizational design teams, IT platforms, and access management functions to embed consistent user profiling principles throughout system design and lifecycle management.
This role is based in our Alba offices, with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week.
Main Responsibilities:
You will lead the definition, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Group User Profiling Framework (UPF), ensuring full alignment between access profiles and organizational roles, as well as the consistent enforcement of Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes.
Close collaboration with senior stakeholders across business and control functions is expected to keep profiling models accurate, scalable, and fully compliant with security and governance requirements.
The role includes overseeing the execution of user provisioning activities through the User Access Management team and steering platform teams toward the adoption of harmonized profiling structures, while actively contributing to architectural decision making from an access management perspective.
Monitoring access controls, supporting SoD reviews, and delivering structured reporting to senior leadership are key elements of the position, together with managing interactions with internal teams and external partners in a complex international environment.
In addition, you will work with programs and projects to ensure the proper integration of UPF principles, manage a significant annual budget, and coordinate both internal and external resources contributing to access governance initiatives.
About You:
You bring solid experience in Identity & Access Management, user access governance, or coordination roles within complex, multi application environments. This background is supported by a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical field.
Experience in designing authorization processes, access governance models, and data security frameworks – combined with familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Service Now – is essential for success in this role.
Fluency in English and the ability to engage senior leaders and high level stakeholders with credibility, diplomacy, and clarity are key capabilities. Your analytical approach and problem-solving mindset enable you to shape a unified, enterprise wide approach to user profiling and access governance.
Above all, you combine strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep sense of ownership – qualities that will allow you to contribute to a robust, scalable, and future ready access governance model.
