About the Role:

Reporting professionally to the Cybersecurity Architect Manager and managerially to the Italy Cybersecurity Manager, the Cybersecurity AI & Data Security Expert will play a pivotal role in safeguarding Ferrero’s Artificial Intelligence solutions and ensuring a secure data lifecycle across the organization. This position focuses on embedding security and compliance into AI-driven processes and enterprise systems, guaranteeing adherence to applicable regulations and international standards. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance and technical leadership on AI and Data Security, collaborating closely with IT and other business functions to integrate robust security measures into every stage of solution design and implementation.

This role will be based in our Alba offices, with the possibility of working remotely up to two days per week.

Main Responsibilities:

As part of the Cybersecurity team, you will lead the definition and maintenance of security controls for Artificial Intelligence solutions, ensuring they are embedded within central processes and continuously updated to reflect evolving threats and regulatory requirements. You will design strategies to comply with laws and standards, while leveraging existing technologies and processes to strengthen data protection and AI evaluation frameworks.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Cybersecurity Architects and application owners to advise on best practices for AI and Data Security, validating the selection of tools, and ensuring effective role-based access and data protection measures. You will actively contribute to awareness programs by developing training content and participating in delivery sessions, fostering a culture of security across the organization. Additionally, you will conduct industry research to identify emerging trends and provide actionable recommendations to enhance Ferrero’s AI security posture.

About You:

You bring deep expertise in cybersecurity, supported by at least four years of experience in consultancy or system integration roles, with a strong focus on AI monitoring and data protection strategies. Your background includes designing and implementing security frameworks for Artificial Intelligence solutions and managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft technologies, particularly the MS Purview and MS Foundry suite in large-scale environments, is important for this role. Additional expertise on AWS, GCP and SAP AI-related suite/tools is considered a plus.
Holding a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline, you have a solid foundation in security principles and international standards.
You are fluent in English, capable of communicating complex concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
