Involves performing a variety of on-site customer service duties to support efficient preparation of packaging, loading, and transporting of customer’ shipments to U.S. domestic Fed Ex origination location from international location; responds to customer’s needs including product, service, and shipping information; and identifies problems and resolutions to ensure quality customer service.

General job description:Under general supervision performs the following activities:

  • Provides on-site customer support by answering customer inquiries regarding shipping, products, and services ensuring responsiveness to all needs, issues, and requirements.
  • Prepares labeling for all packages that will be ground-shipped to U.S. domestic Fed Ex locations for Fed Ex distribution in the U.S.
  • Coordinates loading of shipments at customer’s location to met customer’s shipping schedules and requirements.
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Education:

  • High School degree/Equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English (600 TOEIC points).

Minimum Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with Fed Ex products and services preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Minimum Required Skills:

  • Excellent human relations and organizational skills required.
  • Basic PC skills required.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts required.
