Qualifications

• High School Degree/ Equivalent
• A safety conscious person with the ability to lift 75 lbs and to maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment
• Valid Drivers License and good driving record
• Experience operating ramp and warehouse equipments preferred
• General vehicle maintenance a plus and power and hand tools experience preferred
• Basic English Skills

Responsibilities

• Load and unload aircraft and company vehicles to sort packages and to perform a variety of station support activities
• Load and unload company aircraft and vehicles in a safe manner
• Audit size and weight of packages and boxes
• Sort packages
• Ensure the use of safety equipment and full compliance with Fed Ex safety policies, procedures, norms, rules, and practices
• Meet aircraft and transport packages to sort
• Ensure safety of Fed Ex and customer property
• Clean, wash, and provide minor maintenance to company vehicles
• Operate company vehicles in a safe and secure manner
• Pick up and deliver packages on a limited basis and emergency basis as required
