Fan Duel is seeking a Commercial Category Associate to support the NFL, Golf, and MMA categories within our Sportsbook business. This role will assist with the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensure all efforts are aligned to category goals and message hierarchy, provide sport-specific analyses and insights to guide sport strategy & execution, and help track performance against objectives across $1-2B revenue in sport categories. This position reports to the Captain of NFL, Golf, and MMA categories.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

For the sport categories of NFL, Golf, and MMA,

• Assist the Category Captain in gathering inputs and building portions of the long-term sport strategies, ensuring alignment with broader priorities.

• Assist in monitoring the current industry landscape, including competitor activity, market trends, and best practices.

• Aid in ensuring key stakeholders are apprised of campaign plans and working toward the same goals and objectives.

• Maintain a calendar of key sporting and campaign moments across the company.

• Be an expert on your specific sports — know the storylines & fan dynamics and help bring that knowledge to life in our strategies, campaigns and activations.

• Help manage launch timelines and deployment of marketing assets for campaigns during some of the biggest sporting moments of the year.

• Work with various marketing and commercial stakeholders to help execute effective communications strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Develop creative briefs and requests with guidance to execute campaign deliverables.

• Draft presentations or post-mortem decks for marketing campaigns, maintaining a resource of past campaign results.

• Compile and share weekly or monthly performance snapshots, flagging notable risks, opportunities, and trends for the team to review.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience

• Bachelor's Degree required

• An energizing and emphatic team player with the ability to work cross-functionally as a self-starter and quick learner.

• Strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize. Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape.

• Effective at relationship building and sensitive to stakeholders' needs.

• Experience running marketing campaigns, timelines, and deployment in a robust business preferred

• Love of sports and all the fandom that comes with it a plus!

The applicable hourly range for this position is $35.10 - $43.75 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays.
