Provide timely, independent insights that support informed risk decisions without slowing innovation or delivery velocity.
-
Maintain audit independence while operating as a strategic partner to the business.
Internal Audit Modernization:
-
Embed data-driven auditing, control telemetry, and continuous assurance concepts into the technology audit program.
-
Drive innovation to move beyond point-in-time reviews toward continuous risk intelligence for high-risk platforms, products, and initiatives.
-
Leverage analytics, automation, and AI to increase audit efficiency, insight, and coverage.
People Leadership
-
Lead, develop, and inspire a team of future-ready technology audit professionals.
-
Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.

-
Ensure audit projects are high quality, risk-focused, and delivered on time in alignment with IIA standards.
-
Monitor remediation of audit findings and assess the sustainability of corrective actions.
-
Continuously improve audit methodology, execution discipline, and stakeholder experience.
Required Qualifications:
-
15+ years of experience in technology audit, cybersecurity risk management, engineering assurance, or related disciplines within complex technology organizations
-
Demonstrated understanding of modern SDLC, Dev Sec Ops, and large-scale cloud and hybrid platforms, including where controls have passed and failed.
-
Demonstrated ability to provide assurance over cybersecurity, platform resilience and availability, cloud and containerized environments, secure software delivery, third-party technology risk, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled systems.
-
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and control telemetry to move beyond point-in-time audits toward continuous risk insight.
-
Proven people leader with 5+ years of people management experience, skilled at building, coaching, and developing high-performing future-ready technical teams.
