Role Overview:
This role is a strategic sales position requiring an in-depth knowledge of how technology is used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges and to generate value for our customers and F5.
You will be responsible for leading all facets of the relationship with all the assigned middle sized BFSI accounts while ensuring revenue goals are being met as well as maintain contact at relevant levels in the accounts focusing on strategic nature of the relationship. You will champion F5 brand and be a trusted advisor and improve overall business outcomes for F5 customers.

What you’ll do:
- Applies extensive expertise and understanding of customer organization’s business needs to continue to provide solutions and provide use-cases of additional F5 solutions.
- Partners with inside sales, sales engineering, systems engineering, and sales management teams to coordinate account strategy and tactics for sales support team. Leverages cross-functional relationships and manages all facets of customer relationships and accounts that are of significant strategic importance to the organization while ensuring revenue goals are met.
- Exercises broader judgment in determining go-to-market strategies and goals for F5 solutions. Identifies the strategies, goals, and objectives of existing accounts and updates as needed.
- Credibility to influence senior levels within the account, preparing formal proposals and presentations for all levels of the organization including executives. Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making processes, overcomes obstacles to closure, and closes sales professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with senior sales and operations staff to resolve account issues and remain current on financial status. Maintains and reviews detailed account plans for top accounts
What you’ll bring:
- Over 8 years of high touch and direct Sales experience and familiar with BFSI sector customers in Korea
- Sales experience with SaaS, subscription, cloud-based products and services to large enterprise customers
- Excellent command of Korean and business level of English
