SAP Senior Consultant
- Controlling (CO) & Project System (PS)
Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
We are offering an opportunity to join our SAP Consulting team as a Senior SAP CO/PS Consultant, working on implementation, rollout and optimization projects across complex business environments. You will help clients streamline controlling and project system processes, enabling better financial insight and operational efficiency — directly contributing to EY’s purpose of building a better working world.
Your key responsibilities
You will design, configure and optimize SAP CO and PS solutions across S/4HANA and ECC landscapes. Your work will include translating business requirements into system design, executing testing cycles, supporting data migration and cutover, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. You will act as a subject‑matter expert and help clients stabilize and enhance their solutions post go‑live.

Strong expertise in SAP CO and PS configuration

Ability to understand end‑to‑end business processes and translate them into scalable solutions

Strong communication skills and comfort working with international stakeholders
To qualify for the role, you must have
-
Proven experience in SAP CO and PS implementations and rollouts
-
Strong hands‑on configuration skills in CCA, IO, PCA, Product Costing, and key PS components (WBS, Networks, budgeting, cost planning)

Experience working in S/4HANA environments
-
Integration experience with FI, MM, SD and PM
-
Readiness to participate in SAPConsulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAPsolutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.
Ideally, you’ll also have

Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance data model and Fiori apps for CO/PS

Experience with SAP reporting tools (standard reports, CDS views, embedded analytics)

SAP certifications in CO, PS or S/4HANA Finance
