Quality & Risk Management Specialist
(AML & QRM)
The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Quality & Risk Management Specialist who will work across both **Anti‑Money Laundering (AML)**and QRM functions. This hybrid role supports internal compliance, client acceptance processes, AML file management, QRM policy application and development, and operational support to professional teams — particularly within our Internal QRM team.
The position offers broad exposure to compliance, risk management, policy interpretation, and reporting activities, as well as opportunities for process improvement and collaboration across business units.
Your key responsibilities

Create and verify AML files
-
Collect, analyze, and document information in accordance with internal and external regulations

Support and guide clients in completing AML documentation; maintain strong client relationships

Perform periodic reviews of AML and client files
-
Collaborating with various Service Lines during the AML process
-
Recommend improvements and optimization of AML processes; contribute to process developments
-
Keep documentation up to date with changes in internal and external laws and regulations
-
Participate in QRM audits and regulatory examinations
-
Understand, monitor, and help develop QRM policies; respond to routine inquiries and support client‑serving teams in applying QRM requirements

Support professional staff in using QRM databases and tools, applying firm protocols and guidelines responsibly

Contribute to the development of user‑friendly processes and tools

Prepare and conduct preliminary analysis of management reports

Apply good judgment when implementing QRM methodologies and standards
Skills and attributes for success:
-
Relevant work experience in one of the following fields: Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Control, or KYC/AML processes

3-4 years of work experience
-
Degree in Economics or relevant field
-
Strong understanding of business, risk, and internal control processes
-
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
-
Enthusiastic, proactive, detail‑oriented mindset; positive attitude and willingness to learn

Fluent English and Hungarian, spoken and written
