What you’ll do:

• Co-create transformation strategies, business and operating models with clients.

• Improve business functions: finance, performance management, workforce, customer experience, and supply chain.

• Drive change in digital, organization, human, and business culture.

• Work in diverse teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

• Being coached by your leaders and coach junior team members and support project management.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in consulting or business transformation, business management.

• Strong analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

• A degree in business, finance, or related fields (MBA is a plus).

• Fluent in Vietnamese & English.

• A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and passion for critical thinking and solving problems.
