Agile Delivery Manager -TD

Our team is looking for a Scrum Master to support the range of clients we serve.

  • Lead and mentor Agile teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet customer needs.

  • Foster high-performing teams by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and implementing tailored coaching and development strategies to enhance team capabilities.

  • Ensure a deep understanding of Agile principles across the organization, promoting adherence to Agile frameworks and best practices.

  • Facilitate self-organization within teams, encouraging cross-functional skill development and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive decision-making processes, aligning project goals with organizational objectives and ensuring successful delivery.

  • Identify and resolve team impediments, collaborating with other Agile leaders to enhance the overall effectiveness of Agile practices within the organization.

  • Partner with Agile coaches and other leaders to promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of Servant Leadership throughout the organization.

  • Advocate for and contribute to the evolution of Agile practices, driving initiatives that enhance team performance and organizational agility.

  • Oversee and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and aligned with team goals, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Education

  • Graduates / BE - B. Tech / MCA

Certification

  • CSM/ SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master / PMI-ACP / PSM / A-CSM

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Strong 10-15 years of experience in Agile transformation programs.

  • Experience as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a must.

  • Knowledge of one or more industry-standard Agile PM tools – Jira or Azure DevOps/Trello/Smartsheet/Confluence.

  • Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Agile Coaching experience.

  • SAFe certification

  • Flexible to work in US and UK time zones.

Good to have

  • Sound understanding of waterfall methodologies.

  • JIRA/ Azure DevOps administration and configuration knowledge.

  • Business analysis skills.

  • Pharmaceutical Sector experience.

  • Able to perform an Agile maturity assessment.

  • SAFe SPC certification is a plus.
