תיאור תפקיד
בניית תוכניות הדרכה להכשרות, ימי עיון וסדנאות בתחום החדשנות
העברת הדרכות וסדנאות פרונטליות
עבודה שוטפת מול מגוון לקוחות – תקשורת ופרואקטיביות
העברת מסרים מורכבים בצורה ברורה ויצירת תהליכי עבודה ארגוניים
עריכת מצגות וכתיבת דוחות עבור לקוחות במגוון תחומים בעברית ובאנגלית
דרישות התפקיד
תואר ראשון בכלכלה / חשבונאות / מנהל עסקים / יזמות / תחום אחר רלוונטי
ניסיון בהדרכה או בפיתוח הדרכה
זמינות ל־4 ימי עבודה במשרד או אצל לקוחות במרכז
נכונות לתהליך סיווג בטחוני ופוליגרף (עבודה מול מגזר ביטחוני)
יכולת גבוהה בבניית מצגות ובהעברת מסרים ויזואליים
יכו לת עמידה מול קהל והובלת סדנאות לפחות פעם בשבוע
עבודה עצמאית וניהול לו״ז מורכב
אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
