Junior Learning Specialist
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Learning Specialist to join our Learning team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting training initiatives and ensuring compliance with FUNDAE regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

FUNDAE Administration
-
Complete and submit FUNDAE documentation for onsite and online training courses, ensuring compliance and proper record-keeping (including the Initial Registration Document, Attendance Report, Certificate of Completion, Receipt of Materials document, etc.).

Monitor participant attendance and facilitate substitutions to maintain full attendance in training sessions.

Upload courses to the FUNDAE website for internal training sessions.

Compile a summary Excel sheet with additional employee information for course closure in FUNDAE.

Develop the Satisfaction Questionnaire with course information.

Create and distribute course diplomas, satisfaction questionnaires, and training materials for onsite training participants.

Send the Subsidy report to the HRE department to apply for the relevant subsidy.

Classroom and Training Support

Prepare the classroom environment to meet the needs of trainers and ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.

Collaborate in the creation of engaging presentations for internal lectures and training courses led by the Learning Lead.

Manage attendance lists and coordinate the request for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for all courses.

Employee Engagement and Communication

Assist in addressing employee inquiries related to learning through various communication channels (email, Teams, etc.), ensuring a responsive and supportive environment.

Reporting and Collaboration

Collaborate in the development and maintenance of the Learning Share Point site, ensuring resources are accessible and up to date.

Assist in the preparation of reports for the Works Council.
Qualifications:
-
Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role or in a learning and development environment.

Knowledge of how FUNDAE is managed is recommended.

High level of English proficiency is required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Share Point is a plus.

A passion for learning and development, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
