Job title: FP&A Manager
Job purpose
This role will be responsible and accountable for the overall performance and the quality of the services delivered to the business. They will work with internal and external stakeholders including FP&A Directors to ensure processes are performed in accordance with performance and quality standards. They will own and be fully accountable for driving the delivery of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making including portfolio finance management. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader with a thorough understanding of service management optics and proficient in the use of tools and technologies such as Blackline, Anaplan, Service Now (SNOW) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence is added advantage
Principal accountabilities

Take full ownership and accountability for the delivery of FP&A services, ensuring the highest standards of financial analysis and reporting.

Lead the FP&A team in developing comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives

Maintain a deep awareness of service management principles, using metrics and analytics to drive performance and strategic insights.

Champion the use of advanced FP&A tools and technologies, such as Blackline, SNOW, and RPA, to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Serve as a strong people leader, promoting a culture of professional growth, teamwork, and high performance within the FP&A team.

Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Drive the financial analysis of business initiatives, capital investments, and potential mergers and acquisitions.

Ensure the integrity of financial data and adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.

Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform financial strategies and forecasts.

Lead the preparation of executive presentations and financial reports for stakeholders

Oversee the performance of financial analyses, cost of sales analysis, variance analysis, product costing and report on profitability

Monitor and report on operational performance measurement metrics (KPIs and SLAs)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
