Manager – AI & Automation
About the Role
As an AI and Automation Manager, you will lead the delivery of AI-driven solutions, manage project teams, and ensure alignment with client business objectives. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving innovation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes in AI and automation engagements. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of AI & Automation projects across multiple clients and industry sectors, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Design and validate solution architectures for AI and automation initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Manage cross-functional teams, project budgets, and timelines to deliver successful outcomes.

Engage with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions that create tangible value.

Implement best practices and governance frameworks for AI deployments, including ethical AI and risk management.

Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and advanced automation platforms.

Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and participation in industry forums.

Support business development initiatives, including solution demos, proposals, and client presentations.
Requirements

8–12 years of experience in AI/ML, intelligent automation, and cloud technologies.

Proven track record in managing large-scale AI projects and leading diverse teams.

Hands-on expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector DB, Graph DB, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Experience in building reusable AI assets and accelerators to scale solutions across engagements.
