SAP Senior Manager
- Controlling (CO) & Project System (PS)
Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

We are looking for an SAP Manager with deep expertise in SAP CO and PS to lead SAP controlling and project system initiatives. The role combines functional leadership,project management, and client-facing responsibilities, ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions aligned with business strategy.
The opportunity
This role offers the chance to lead key SAP CO and PS initiatives within complex transformation programs, including S/4HANA Finance. You will work directly with global clients, helping shape their finance and project‑driven processes and contributing to EY’s purpose of building a better working world through modern, scalable and future‑proof SAP solutions.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will lead SAP CO/PS workstreams, guide solution design, and manage project delivery from architecture to deployment. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensure quality across deliverables, and mentor consultants within the team. This position provides exposure to large-scale, multinational transformation programs and opportunities to grow your leadership capabilities.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Multiple end-to-end SAP CO and PS implementations, including S/4HANA
-
Experience managing global or multi-country SAP programs
-
Strong finance and project‑driven business process background

Readiness to participate in SAPConsulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAPsolutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.
Ideally, you’ll also have

SAP CO/PS or S/4HANA Finance certifications

Exposure to Analytics, Group Reporting, or Central Finance

German language skills
