We are looking for someone who can:

• Responsible for developing work plans, and managing team members to deliver the plan most efficiently.

• Designing and conducting business and market analyses, frame strategic issues and shape potential courses of action, and synthesizing conclusions,

• Serve as primary contacts for our clients, identify and solve client issues. Support client relationship management while executing projects, delivering a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process

• Generate new business opportunities and develop long term relationships and network internally and externally.

• Strong technical grounding, including financial analysis, financial modeling, market research, business model assessment, sales & marketing experience in various sectors

Candidates must have:

• Undergraduate degree (Business or Engineering); MBA/Master’s degree an asset

• Professional services and/or consulting engagement delivery experience with at least 8 - 10 years of related work experience

• At least 12 years' experience (for Senior Manager) and at least 7 years' experience (for Manager) position in the strategic department, product development department, marketing department, supply chain management department is advantage.

• Have knowledge about Digital and AI; having experience in implementing digital transformation and Ai programs an asset.

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and in Vietnamese.

• Strong strategic thinking and deductive reasoning skills

• Self driven, motivated, invested in building your skills and constant appetite to learn more

• Strong on financial analysis, financial modelling, and market research skills. Able to conduct detailed analysis (using both client data and external information) on products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities

• Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis and the ability to link business strategy to performance. Proficiency in office software suites, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

• Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under demanding environment, overtime and adhere to project deadlines, with minimal supervision
