The opportunity

Join us as the Baltic Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TA) Lead and drive our TA strategy and execution across the Baltics. In this role, you’ll partner with Employer Branding to elevate our brand and build strong, diverse talent pipelines. A strategic and handson opportunity to shape EY’s future talent landscape.

Your key responsibilities

Drive attraction, sourcing, and employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Employer Branding team, ensuring strong campus presence and diverse talent pipelines.

Own the Baltic TA strategy and budget, aligning hiring plans with evolving business priorities.

Lead and develop the Baltic TA team, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong stakeholder management.

Partner with business leaders and the HR team to provide strategic TA insights and market intelligence.

Champion innovation in TA, leveraging digital tools, data, and industry best practices to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

Oversee TA operations and the recruitment ecosystem, including vendors, assessments, process documentation, and more.

Skills and attributes for success

A proven track record in Talent Attraction & Acquisition strategy delivery, ideally within professional services or complex, multicountry organizations.

Strong stakeholder, project management, advisory and change management capabilities.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Hands‑on expertise with ATS/CRM (e.g., Success Factors), LinkedIn Recruiter, and confidence working with reporting and analytics.

Demonstrated experience in employer branding.

High-level proficiency in spoken and written Lithuanian and English.

Salary: EUR 4000 - 5100 gross
