Within EY's International Tax Services (ITS) group, we offer depth of experience through a worldwide network of dedicated transfer pricing economists and tax professionals. Providing a fully integrated approach to transfer pricing, our people prepare documentation, defend transfer pricing in audits, and develop tax planning approaches.
We are currently seeking candidates for a career opportunity as a Senior Global TP Documentation Projects to participate in and supervise multiple and challenging Transfer Pricing engagements and to contribute to the delivery of quality tax planning services for our diverse clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Driving and assisting in global documentation projects from inception to completion.

  • Conducting sophisticated economic analyses using cutting-edge methodologies and benchmarking tools.

  • Managing the client relationships while providing strategic commercial insights.

  • Supporting controversy matters including audits advance pricing arrangements, and mutual agreement procedures.

  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the practice's knowledge management initiatives.

  • Collaborating with international teams on cross-border assignments and global documentation projects.

Your Profile

  • You have 3-4 years of strong transfer pricing experience, ideally gained within Big 4 or mid-tier specially in managing global compliance projects

  • Strong technical foundation in OECD transfer pricing guidelines and international tax principles.

  • Demonstrate experience in drafting functional analysis for routine intercompany transactions.

  • Demonstrable experience with economic analysis, including softwares and statistical methodologies. Understanding of financial transactions and benchmarking analysis is an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of computer language or tools such as alteryx, SQL or Python is desired.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, ERP systems is required.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with proven client management capabilities.

  • Good written and verbal proficiency in English. Dutch and / or understanding is a plus.
