The opportunity

We are looking for a colleague to join our rapidly growing Digital Transformation team who has at least a year of experience using one of the BPM tools.

As a junior consultant, you will work on digital transformation projects for our clients operating in various industries around the world.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and identify processes suitable for automation, evaluate feasibility and estimate complexity

• Develop and implement solutions for digitalization and automation of business processes in various areas and hyper-automation technologies

• Provide support and further development of solutions for existing clients

• Participate in developing and enhancing an internal BPM tool and new solutions

• Communicate actively with EY clients and colleagues

Skills and attributes for success

• Qualifications:

• *University education with master’s degree – preferably technical education *

• *Knowledge of programming, software automation, creation of web applications an advantage (Microsoft Power Platform, BPM and RPA tools, Python, Ruby on Rails, JS, SQL or VBA) *

• Very good English communication

• *Knowledge of MS Office products *

• *Strong analytical skills, logical thinking and a great eye for detail *

• *Reliability *

• *Willingness to acquir new knowledge and skills *

• *Effective communication *
