Recruitment Specialist (via Manpower)
Location: Wrocław - 2 days office / 3 days remote
Length of employment: 6 - 12 months

Your key responsibilities

Independent end‑to‑end management of recruitment processes for Specialist, Senior, Manager, and Senior Manager roles

Collaboration with hiring managers: identifying needs, providing guidance, and selecting sourcing strategies
-
Sourcing candidates across Europe using advanced sourcing techniques, LinkedIn, and Success Factors
-
Conducting interviews and assessing competencies
-
Building candidate pipelines and developing talent networks
-
Delivering market insights and recommendations as a Talent Advisor
-
Supporting D&I initiatives and employer branding activities
-
Achieving KPIs and reporting on progress and process effectiveness
-
Analyzing data, trends, and sourcing performance results
Skills and attributes for success

Strong ability to build long‑term relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Excellent organizational and task‑prioritization skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
-
1–5 years of experience managing recruitment processes (consulting / strategy / transformation / mergers & acquisitions)

English proficiency at C1 level
-
Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
Ideally, you’ll also have

Portuguese at C1 level
-
Experience with SAP Success Factors would be an asset

What we look for in a Junior Cyber Ark Developer is a technically minded individual with a strong foundation in Cyber Ark PAM solutions or similar Identity and Access Management tools, complemented by scripting skills in languages like PowerShell or Python. We value candidates who possess analytical problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a willingness to learn and collaborate within a diverse team environment. A basic understanding of relevant technologies and a readiness to travel are also essential attributes for success in this role.
