Senior Data analyst with Insurance

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst who is eager to leverage advanced technology to drive our projects forward! Your key responsibilities

Your client responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with onsite coordinators and stakeholders.

• Assist in the planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis, gathering functional and non-functional requirements.

• Communicate effectively with customer representatives as needed.

• Be willing to travel to customer locations when necessary.

• Designing new functionalities and solutions.

• Optimizing existing processes and system components.

• Creating prototypes and proof-of-concept for new/improved modules.

• Researching technological possibilities and analyzing trends.

Your people responsibilities:

• Champion quality standards and best practices in data analysis.

• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Contribute to organization-wide initiatives and knowledge sharing

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.

• Strong understanding of relational database design techniques, data marts, data warehouses, and data lakes.

• Proven experience in data migration project

• Proven experience in data cleaning, preparation, exploration, and analysis.

• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting using no-code or low-code solutions.

• Advanced SQL analysis and development skills.

• Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written).

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Ideally, you'll also have

• Familiarity with BI/ETL/Big Data technologies.

• Understanding of industry-specific regulations such as BCBS 239 and MiFID.

• Experience with real-time data processing and data warehousing aggregation.

• Previous experience on migration projects in the Insurance and Banking sectors.

• Knowledge of financial services industry-specific accounting frameworks like the General Ledger and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in the financial services sector.

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
