Senior SAP FICO Consultant with RE-FX
Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

We are looking for a Senior SAP RE-FX Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team to navigate clients through IT transformation journeys by implementation cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players.
The opportunity
As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on the interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in implementations of SAP systems in Record to Report areas.
Your key responsibilities

You’ll be helping clients to successfully go through IT transformations in order to implement new solutions offered by SAP, i.e.: S/4HANA, RE-FX.

You will be asked to support clients in greenfield and brownfield implementations using various methodologies i.e. Agile. Your responsibility will be also to manage the quality of implementation projects.

To qualify for the role, you must have

5+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience

Experience in SAP RE-FX/CLM (Flexible Real Estate Management / Contract and Lease Management) is required
-
Solid knowledge and experience in at least one FICO area – FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting), CO (Overhead Controlling, Margin Analysis, Product Costing)

Experience in standard project tasks: Fit-Gap workshops, configuration, testing, documentation, training

At least one full cycle implementation experience

End-to-end business processes

Good accounting knowledge

Strive for Continuous Improvement and Growth

Project Stream and Team Lead experience

Readiness to participate in SAPConsulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities

Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAPsolutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes

Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review
-
Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features
