Senior SAP CO Consultant
Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

The opportunity
We are offering an opportunity to join our SAP Consulting team as a Senior SAP CO Consultant, working on complex SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and transformations. In this role you will help our clients optimize controlling processes and build scalable solutions that support better decision‑making — directly contributing to EY’s purpose of building a better working world.
Your key responsibilities
You will design and configure SAP Controlling processes, support FI–CO integration, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders across international projects. Your work will cover solution design, testing cycles, data migration support, and post‑go‑live stabilization. You will tackle complex problems in controlling and cost management, while continuously expanding your knowledge across SAP ECC and S/4HANA landscapes.

Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAPsolutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes

Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review

Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features
To qualify for the role, you must have

5+ years of experience as SAP CO Consultant / Analyst

Hands‑on configuration experience in CCA, IO, PCA, Product Costing
-
Solid understanding of FI–CO integration and CO‑PA (account‑based preferred)

Experience with SAP S/4HANA (implementation or conversion)
Ideally, you’ll also have
-
Experience with SAP ECC Controlling, Material Ledger, and New G/L
-
Experience with migration tools and testing cycles

Industry knowledge (manufacturing preferred)
