Intern – Whistleblowing & Integrity Due Diligence Services
Join our Team as an Intern:
The Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to support whistleblowing and due diligence programs in a temporary role for five (5) months. The role involves assisting clients in operating whistleblowing programs (hotline/e‑mail/post) and conducting public‑records due diligence, including screening information provided by clients and third parties.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

Listen attentively to whistleblowers, clarify information to ensure a complete understanding of their concern and documenting such concerns in a report.

Investigate and check the qualifications, history and appropriateness of individuals or organizations, facilitating well-informed decisions in areas like hiring and business dealings.

Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil and English and possess strong English writing skills.

Ability to work shifts (rotational basis i.e., six day work week with six hours per day) and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.).
