Background
The Engagement Management Services (EMS) team at Global Delivery Services (GDS) supports all Indirect Tax projects within the primary goal of enhancing service delivery through proactive coordination, timely communication, and efficient management in a cost-effective manner. This role is designed for individuals taking their first steps in the industry, offering a foundational understanding of project management within a professional services environment. We are trained to successfully manage all essential activities throughout the phases of the project life cycle.
Description
The analyst will need to work closely with a team to provide Engagement Management Support for clients/stakeholders based in US, understand the functioning of the engagement tools involved in the global service delivery and ensure that they have a strong understanding of the following key points:

A detail-oriented profile capable of supporting client facing teams in Americas, providing timely and accurate information of the engagement to the client headquarters.

The adaptability to work with EMS teams across the globe.
-
An analytical profile able to provide explanations and solutions for mitigating issues & risks in a project’s coordination and monitoring.

Project’s financials monitoring. Forecast adjustments, budget variances analysis, engagement billing support and Pricing Plans.

Understand the functioning of the engagement tools involved and identify areas for process improvement and/or potential automation.
Technical skills requirements

Ability to work with global networks.

Good written and verbal communication skills (Both English and Spanish - exclusive).

Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs.

Ability to work independently.

Demonstrate strong skills in Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office.
