The opportunity

EY is looking for a suitable member for our team in Performance Improvement (PI) practice. The role provides an opportunity to be part of the team whic h he lps c lie nts modernize operations by blending
technology (IIoT, AI, Digital Twins) with lean principles (Six Sigma) to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and create digital roadmaps for sustainable growth, focusing on IT/OT integration, process optimization, and organizational change management from shop floor to boardroom

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

  • Strategy & Road mapping: Define transformation vision, assess current states (Gemba walks), identify gaps, and create actionable roadmaps for digital and operational improvements.

  • Process Optimization: Apply lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

  • Technology Transformation: Identify transformative technology solutions for smart manufacturing like IIoT, AI, Digital Twins, AR/VR for real-time monitoring and automation and develop use cases and business cases for implementation.

  • Data & Analytics: Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and use data for informed decisionmaking and reporting.

  • Change Management: Manage stakeholder engagement, lead workshops, build communication plans, and overcome resistance to new systems.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison, gather requirements, build strong relationships, and deliver excellent service

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical

  • Master of Business Administration

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

  • Business Analysis (3+ years)

  • Financial Analysis (3+ years)

  • Business Intelligence (3+ years)
