The opportunities: your next adventure awaits

• You will support the planning, monitoring, and reporting of indirect costs

• You will produce weekly and monthly as well as ad-hoc reports

• You support month-end, quarterly and year-end closing

• You will participate in the budgeting and forecasting process

• You will track and analyze indirect costs

• You report to the Finance Director and Controller manager on variances from the established budget, and the reason for those variances

• You ensure all internal controls and policies of the company are applied

• You will analyse each month cost lines and investigate the difference(s) vs Plan and PY Develop and maintain the relationship with all budget owner of the firm.

• You will plan monthly meeting with budget owner in order to discuss and analyse the figures and get exhaustive overview of expenditures approved by Budget Owner (estimate costs to complete)

• You assist the Finance Director in presenting the reports to senior executives and stakeholders

• You will work closely with Service Line Controllers, Finance Leaders, and operational teams to align cost management with business objectives

• You will support ad hoc analysis and projects related to cost optimization.

• You are willing to assist in special projects

What we look for

• You have a Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management

• You have a positive and pro-active attitude with a solution-oriented and strong delivery focus

• You demonstrate strong analytic and numerical skills

• You are fluent in English and French

• You are a proficient user of Microsoft Excel (Filters, Vlookup, Pivot table, Macro …)

• You ideally have some SAP and Power BI knowledge

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
