Within our Assurance Services practice in Trinidad, you will collaborate with a skilled and experienced team dedicated to Technology Risk. We are committed to delivering high-quality audits supported by advanced, technology-driven analytics and robust IT controls. In addition, we support the wider Caribbean, giving you opportunities to engage with diverse clients and collaborate with teams across the EY Caribbean.

Your key responsibilities

Conduct IT assurance audits, incorporating IT general controls, application controls, and data integrity audits for various technologies, following standard audit methodology procedures.

Plan and execute IT risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvement.

Participate in IT reviews aligned with leading IT standards and frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO.

Deliver clear, concise, and high-quality documentation of audit findings and other deliverables.

Contribute to enhancing audit techniques through active participation in relevant sessions.

Demonstrate professionalism and competence in client environments.

Maintain a strong client focus, respond to client requests, and foster productive working relationships with client personnel.

Uphold confidentiality and protect client information.

Display teamwork, integrity, and leadership qualities.

Stay informed about current business and economic developments relevant to clients' industries.

Utilize technology and tools to continuously learn, innovate, and enhance service delivery.

What we look for

Minimum bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), ITIL (v3), or Certified in Risk and Information System Control (CRISC) are desirable.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, or SQL.
-
Experience in IT risk management or audits will be advantageous but not required.
