SAP FICO Senior Manager with RE-FX

Right now, we are looking for a SAP FICO Senior Manager with RE-FX to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in technical support of most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of extension to existing SAP systems in Finance and RE-FX area. You’ll also participate in solving post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks. Business travels are also possible.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementations, including RE-FX/CLM area

• Proven track of record as SAP FICO/ RE-FX lead with hands-on FICO expertise in global SAP S/4HANA projects

• Solid knowledge and experience in the general FICO areas such as: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Overhead Controlling, Margin Analysis, Product Costing

• Hands-on experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversion projects

• Strong willingness to enhance SAP technology expertise

• Proficiency in system enhancements and custom developments

• Ability to analyze complex system issues and debug ABAP code

• Competence in standard project delivery activities, business analysis, task and resource planning, mentoring junior team members

• Awareness of the SAP product roadmap and current industry trends

• Readiness to participate in SAPConsulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

• Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAPsolutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

• Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

• Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.

Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge and experience of the following

• SAP software solutions - underpinned with strong functional process knowledge and an ability to contextualize technology and deliver business value

• SAP Signavio, SAP RISE, SAP Cloud editions

• Confidence in working with different SAP Methodologies

• Active SAP S/4HANA certification

• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

• Have experience of supporting pre-sales engagements and responding to RFP’s etc
