To continue the expansion of our Financial Services practice, we are currently looking to recruit an Assistant for the pricing team in our FAAS // Valuation practice (f/m).

Your key responsibilities

As an Assistant , your responsibilities will be to perform and carry out analyses of valuation of different assets types (e.g. private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate, complex derivatives, venture capital).

You will be assessing the reasonableness of valuations and financial models in the context of financial reporting and assurance related engagements.

You will also help auditors provide information to fulfill regulatory requirements.

Skills and attributes for success

• Graduate from an economics, business and/or management school with a focus in Graduate from an economics, business, and/or management school with a focus on finance

• Excellent academic background

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience

• Theoretical and practical knowledge of valuation principles with regards to business valuation

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial

• Enjoy working in a multicultural environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or engagements

• Proficiency in Bloomberg and valuation tools

• Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines

• Perfect command of English, both written and verbal, within a professional services business environment

• Command of French or German is an asset, and additional languages are considered a plus

• Proficiency in MS Excel, VBA, SQL Management, Word, and Power Point
