The opportunity: your next adventure awaits

The Timesheet Controller ensures accurate and timely recording of employee working hours across all projects and internal activities. This role is critical for compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and financial reporting standards. The Timesheet Controller acts as the primary point of contact for timesheet-related queries and supports operational efficiency through monitoring, validation, and reporting.

• You will participate to the monthly closing and help analysing direct costs of the firm

• You will oversee weekly timesheet submissions and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.

• You will generate regular reports on timesheet compliance, overtime, and utilization metrics.

• You will coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure correct data flow for billing and cost recovery.

• You will provide guidance and training to employees on timesheet policies and system usage.

• You will act as a point of contact for Time report matters.

• You will support audits and provide documentation as required.

• You report to the Finance Director and Controller manager

• You are willing to assist in special projects

What we look for:

• You have a Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management

• You have a positive and pro-active attitude with a solution-oriented and strong delivery focus

• You demonstrate strong analytic and numerical skills

• You are fluent in English and French

• You are a proficient user of Microsoft Excel (Filters, Vlookup, Pivot table, Macro,…)

• You have some SAP and Power BI knowledge

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
