SAP EWM Senior Consultant

Location: Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Right now, we are looking for a SAP EWM Senior Consultant to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems, implement the newest SAP EWM solutions and manage the quality of implementation projects.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Warehouse Management, Material Management and Logistics. You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

To qualify for the role, you must have

3+ years of experience in SAP systems implementation (EWM, LE and MM areas)

Business processes end-2-end knowledge

At least 1 full cycle EWM implementation

Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies Implementations using: SAP Console/ITS Mobile/RFID for Radio Frequency Framework Solution design

Strong exposure of SAP EWM Outbound, Inbound and Internal processes with VAS, Quality Inspections and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, Posting Changes

Proficiency in creation of Master Data i.e. Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Must have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM. Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM

Proficiency in implementing Labour Management, Yard Management and Cross Docking in EWM

Experience in interface design and development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services)

Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation

Experience in data migration

Practical knowledge about system enhancements and configuration

Readiness to participate in SAPConsulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAPsolutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.

Ideally, you’ll also have

SAP EWM Certification:

Experience in leading project teams and developing other colleagues

Knowledge about SAP TM would be advantage
