The opportunity
As a Supervising Associate within EY’s MENA Experienced Hire Recruitment team, you will support and manage recruitment delivery for the Assurance service line across multiple countries in the region. You will work closely with hiring stakeholders, Talent teams, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of recruitment processes, strong candidate experience, and high‑quality delivery—particularly during high‑volume hiring periods.
Your key responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a defined business or businesses, ensuring candidates have an exceptional experience while delivering a quality service to business stakeholders.

Act as a strategic talent advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations.

Increase engagement of key business stakeholders by building and developing networks and relationships.

Develop recruitment plans, innovative sourcing strategies for specialist skill sets, and high-quality candidate shortlists or pipelines.

Engage stakeholders to drive their involvement in the selection process and ensure alignment with EY’s diversity and inclusion goals.

Regularly evaluate sourcing channels and use data, analytics, and talent market insights to refine recruitment strategies and support hiring decisions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and talent networks to support candidate identification.

Support initiatives such as referral campaigns and talent pooling to ensure ongoing access to top-quality candidates.

Manage discussions with relevant stakeholders and ensure a smooth candidate closure process.

Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Use AI-enabled tools to organize and synthesize large volumes of recruitment data—including interview notes, stakeholder feedback, pipeline status, and hiring trends—to support faster decision-making, improve reporting accuracy, and streamline high‑volume coordination across MENA.
Skills and attributes for success
- Approximately 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within a professional services company.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of end-to-end recruitment, attracting candidates up to Director level from various sources, including internal recruitment systems, networks, headhunting, and referrals.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to leverage data, market insights, and analytics to inform recruitment decisions.
- Ability to mentor junior recruiters or support team skill development.
- Strong problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement mindset.
Ideally, you’ll also

Have experience supporting high-volume or bulk recruitment, ideally across multiple MENA markets.

Have previous exposure to recruitment ideally within professional services firm.

Be familiar with working across diverse stakeholder groups and regions.

Have experience supporting nationalization initiatives, especially Emirati talent.

Be comfortable using practical AI tools for summarizing information, managing workflows, and enhancing recruitment efficiency.
