SAP Success Factors Senior Manager
Location: Wrocław / Katowice - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Right now, we are looking for an SAP Success Factors Senior Manager to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting – edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.
The opportunity
In this role, you will leverage best practices in SAP solutions within the Human Resources domain, focusing on Success Factors and HCM implementations. You will lead the delivery of strategic business advisory services in transformation and enterprise management systems, overseeing the implementation of processes across Cloud, Hybrid, and On-Premise environments. You will successfully manage both greenfield and brownfield projects, utilizing SAP Activate and integrated methodologies to drive project success. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of implementation projects while also leading and developing the local Success Factors team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to achieve outstanding results. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning team efforts with organizational goals and enhancing overall project delivery.
Your key responsibilities
As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of SAP systems in Human Capital area. You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

Proven track record of successfully leading SAP system implementations, particularly in Employee Central and EC Time Management modules, while effectively managing and developing project teams.

Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technology advancements, particularly in Employee Central functionalities and best practices.

Ability to thrive in a multicultural and international environment, fostering collaboration and inclusivity across diverse teams.
To qualify for the role, you must have

10+ years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations, with a strong focus on Employee Central.

SAP Success Factors Employee Central and/or Employee Central Time certification.

In-depth knowledge of Employee Central Payroll is a significant advantage.

Comprehensive understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations, with the ability to influence and implement best practices.

Expertise in translating complex business requirements related to the Success Factors Employee Central solution into effective system configurations and designs.

Extensive hands-on experience with data models and proficiency in XML, particularly in the context of employee data management.

Advanced skills in system configuration according to Solution Design & Configuration Workbook/Business Blueprint, with a focus on optimizing Employee Central functionalities.

Proven experience in preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts, ensuring high standards of quality assurance in employee lifecycle management processes.

Familiarity with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members in these areas.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional project teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

A higher education degree in IT is a strong advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Readiness to participate in SAPConsulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.

Hands-on approach to collaborating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAPsolutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.

Willingness to report the progress of R&D projects and documenting the results of implementations, as well as post-implementation review.

Practical, hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing SAP solutions — from workshops and pilots to proof‑of‑concepts and deployment of new or improved system features.
