About Houston

Exxon Mobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

By bringing many global functional groups together, the campus provides employees with the tools and capabilities needed today, and in the future, to achieve business objectives and accelerate the discovery of new resources, technologies and products. What role you will play in our team

Lead a team of ML engineers to support acquisition and development projects for the strategy and business development organization. Responsible for upskilling team, technical point of contact for projects, actively communicating with business stakeholders on deliverable status, work assignment, and priority setting to meet business requirements.

• Lead team of ML Engineers (4-5)

• Keeping up with industry best practices; software engineering, machine learning lifecycle

• Stakeholder communications

• Building a data foundation for projects (data engineering)

• Work delivery management (Azure Dev Ops)

• Collaboration on architectural decisions

About you

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree

• 3 years industry experience (e.g. data science, machine learning, AI)

• Work knowledge: software engineering, data engineering, ML ops (ML flow)

• Technologies: Databricks, Github, Azure cloud management

• Strong communication skills

• Programming languages: Python

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• Masters in data analytics or data science

• Cloud management (CI/CD pipelines, AWS), Azure Dev Ops management, Snowflake, Openshift, SQL

• Programming languages: Javascript, C#
