About Houston

Exxon Mobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What you will do

List the set of primary job duties, tasks, and functions specific to the position:

• Act as a primary analyst for Allegro supporting US Power Trading

• Daily application support for Allegro (incident triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis)

• System configuration, enhancements, performance tuning, and monitoring

• Small development tasks and fixes in C# and MSSQL

• Documentation, knowledge sharing, and coordination with global teams

What role you will play in your team

Experienced ETRM System Analyst with strong US Power market expertise to provide technical support and small scale development for Allegro, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Work closely with IT architects, developers, and front office teams to maintain and enhance the application.

About you

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET

• Allegro/ETRM application experience (config, performance, troubleshooting)

• US Power experience

• SQL Server skills: stored procedures, triggers, queries

• Basic Windows Server administration

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Critical thinking, analytical capability, and sound judgment

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• AWS, Terraform
