We’re seeking a Community Manager to oversee and manage our day-to-day community interactions across ExpressVPN’s digital platforms.

What you’ll do

  • Monitor and engage in online discussions, with a strong focus on Reddit.

  • Respond to DMs and private messages across all platforms.

  • Reply to comments and community questions in a clear, consistent, and on-brand manner.

  • Work closely with Product, Influencer, and Marketing teams to route inbound requests to the right people internally.

  • Surface recurring feedback and insights from the community to internal teams.

Requirements

  • Native-level English (written and spoken).

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Community Manager (SaaS experience is a plus).

  • Strong familiarity with online communities and social platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
