We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager (CFD Trading) to join our team!
The Client Relationship Manager (CFD Trading) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of active trading clients by driving engagement, retention, and client acquisition. The role focuses on enhancing client experience, supporting trading activity, and strengthening long-term client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This position serves as a key commercial and client-facing role supporting the firm’s growth within the competitive fintech brokerage landscape.
What will you be doing?
Client Relationship Management & Acquisition:
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of retail and/or high-activity CFD trading clients.
- Drive new client acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns, networking, and partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new clients, including high-net-worth individuals and corporates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement, platform usage, and account-related matters.
- Proactively engage clients to improve retention and trading activity levels.
- Identify client needs and guide adoption of relevant platform features and products.
Trading Engagement & Growth:
- Drive client activation, deposits, and ongoing trading participation through structured engagement.
- Monitor client trading behaviour and engagement trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Support campaigns, promotions, and product launches to increase platform utilisation.
Client Experience & Support Coordination:
- Partner with Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to resolve escalations efficiently.
- Provide platform education and non-advisory product guidance to enhance user experience.
- Gather client feedback and contribute insights to improve product and service offerings.
Compliance & Risk Awareness:

Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Maintain clear documentation of client communications and engagement activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.

4–5 years of experience in fintech brokerage, CFD/FX trading platforms, or online financial services.

Prior experience in account management, client relationship management, or trading client coverage.

Strong understanding of CFD products, leveraged trading, and retail trading behaviour.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret client activity metrics.

Familiarity with APAC retail trading markets is advantageous.
