What will you be doing?

• Serve as an effective bridge between the company and its clients

• Provide first-level support to clients via live chat, email, and phone

• Handle requests for assistance with the utmost professionalism, in line with company guidelines

• Balance customer interests with company requirements at all times

• Communicate with clients clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally

• Ensure compliance with Cyprus and global regulations

• Represent the company and its products at the highest level, delivering a truly exceptional “WOW” service experience

• This is a shift-based position, requiring flexibility to work shifts and weekends (5 working days per week)

• Excellent command of German and English

• Basic understanding of financial markets

• Previous experience in customer service

• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated to succeed and contribute to the team
