Role Summary
As Regional HR Manager, you will act as a hands-on HR Business Partner for the UK, EU and US, supporting senior leadership while owning the day-to-day operational HR agenda for the region. This role combines strong employee relations expertise with regional people strategy, close partnership with business leaders, and solving complex business needs from HR operational standpoint.
You will work closely with the global HR leadership team, directly manage a US-based HR Generalist, and play an active role in organisational change, compliance-driven transformation, and muti-regional growth.
What you’ll be doing:

Serve as strategic HR partner to UK, EU & US leadership teams

Contribute as part of the global HR leadership team, shaping enterprise-wide HR programmes

Lead performance management, compensation and benefits reviews, and succession planning for the region

Create, implement, and maintain HR policies and programmes (benefits, employee handbook, remuneration policies, etc.)

Ensure compliance with regional labour laws and best practices
-
Directly manage a US-based HR Generalist for local requirements and operational HR tasks
-
Represent HR as part of regional leadership forums in both the UK and US
-
7+ years of progressive HR experience with regional or multi-country scope
-
Experience in a globally matrixed financial services or fintech organisation

Strong knowledge of UK and US labour laws

Proven experience managing Employee Relations (ER) matters end-to-end
-
Experience working with international, hybrid on-site & virtual teams across Europe and the US

Comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with high-volume operational HR work

Empathetic, culturally aware, and able to build trusted relationships both in-person and remotely

Confident consulting, coaching, and influencing senior stakeholders
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Experience leading or supporting organisational change projects

CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum)
