We are seeking an experienced Product Design Group lead to lead our experience design team in creating exceptional user experiences. In this role, you will oversee a team of talented designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and strategic direction while ensuring our products meet and exceed user expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams to deliver impactful and successful design projects.

• Manages multiple designers, driving both their growth and the team's success.

• Creates clear, repeatable design processes that improve team collaboration.

• Understands users deeply and ensures the team designs with their needs in mind (interviews, research).

• A true change agent and motivates the team.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI design

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing designers in a professional setting

• Manage and lead a team of 3+ Product Designers, ensuring high-quality design work.

• Oversee large projects, making sure design aligns with company goals.

• Build and improve the design processes to help the team work better together.

• Work closely with other teams to break down barriers and ensure smooth collaboration.

• Mentor and support your team, helping them grow their skills and careers.

• Strong portfolio showcasing complex design problems and solutions
